1. How much deposit is required to confirm my booking?
A deposit of 30%–40% of the total tour cost is required to secure and confirm your booking. The exact deposit amount will be specified in your quotation and booking confirmation.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, credit and debit cards, and selected mobile payment options. Any transaction, bank, or currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the client.
2. When do I need to pay the remaining balance?
The remaining balance must be paid 30–45 days before your tour start date. For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
4. Can I cancel my booking and receive a refund?
Yes. Refund eligibility depends on how far in advance you cancel. Cancellation fees apply, and some services such as flights, park fees, and accommodations may be non-refundable according to supplier policies.
5. Is travel insurance required?
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, lost luggage, and emergency evacuation, especially for safari and Kilimanjaro trekking adventures.
7. What documents do I need to travel to Tanzania?
You will need a valid passport and may require a visa depending on your nationality. Some travelers may also need proof of vaccinations, including a Yellow Fever certificate when applicable.
6. Can I change my travel dates after booking?
Changes can often be arranged, subject to availability. Additional costs, supplier fees, or administrative charges may apply depending on the requested amendment.
8. What should I pack for my safari or trekking adventure?
We recommend comfortable clothing, sturdy walking shoes, sun protection, insect repellent, personal medications, and a camera. A detailed packing list will be provided before your trip.

We offer both private and group safari options. Most of our itineraries can be customized to match your travel style, interests, and budget.
