1. Booking Confirmation
All bookings are confirmed only after written confirmation from our company and receipt of the required deposit. Availability of services (lodges, parks, guides, flights, ferries) is subject to confirmation at the time of booking.
2. Deposit & Payment Terms
A 30%–40% deposit is required to confirm all safari or tour bookings.
Full payment must be completed 30–45 days before the tour start date.
For last-minute bookings (within 30 days), full payment is required immediately.
Failure to complete payment on time may result in cancellation without refund of deposit.
3. Payment Methods
We accept bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments where applicable. All bank charges, transfer fees, or currency conversion costs are the responsibility of the client.
4. Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing.
60+ days before arrival: 80% refund of deposit (20% handling fee applies)
30–59 days before arrival: 50% refund
15–29 days before arrival: 25% refund
Less than 15 days before arrival: No refund
No-shows or early departure are non-refundable
Note: Park fees, domestic flights, and accommodation may have stricter cancellation rules depending on suppliers.
5. Changes & Amendments
Any changes to confirmed bookings (dates, itinerary, accommodation, or services) are subject to availability and additional charges. Administrative fees may apply.
6. Travel Insurance (Mandatory)
All clients are strongly advised—and may be required—to have comprehensive travel insurance covering:
Medical emergencies
Trip cancellation/interruption
Personal injury
Lost luggage or theft
Emergency evacuation (especially for safari and Kilimanjaro trekking)
7. Pricing Policy
All prices are quoted in USD unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change due to:
Government taxes or park fee adjustments
Fuel surcharges
Currency fluctuations
However, confirmed bookings will not be affected except in exceptional circumstances.
8. Accommodation & Services
Accommodation is provided based on availability and category selected (budget, mid-range, luxury). In rare cases, substitutions of equal or higher standard may be made without prior notice due to availability.
9. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Valid passports and visas
Required vaccinations (e.g., Yellow Fever if applicable)
Following local laws and park regulations
Respecting wildlife safety guidelines
10. Health & Fitness
Clients must ensure they are medically and physically fit for travel, especially for trekking (e.g., Mount Kilimanjaro). The company is not liable for health-related issues arising during the trip.
11. Liability Disclaimer
The company acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party service providers (hotels, airlines, park authorities). We are not liable for:
Delays, accidents, or losses caused by third parties
Weather conditions or natural events
Political or regulatory changes
Force majeure events
12. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or strikes.
13. Complaints
Any complaints must be reported immediately during the trip to allow prompt resolution. Post-trip complaints must be submitted in writing within 14 days after completion of the tour.
14. Photography & Marketing
We may use images taken during tours for marketing purposes unless clients explicitly request otherwise in writing before the tour begins.
15. Acceptance of Terms
By confirming a booking and making a payment, the client agrees to these booking conditions in full.
